2022 Hell Week

Check with your individual coaches regarding practice schedules these days.

• Each group will have additional morning practices on top of their normal weekly afternoon schedule.
• Swimmers are highly encouraged to attend every single practice throughout the week! Coaches will mix in lots of fun sets and use the extra time in the water to gain endurance and work on technique.
• All Swimmers who complete every practice of the week will get a commemorative “Hell Week Hoodie!”
