Lap Swimming

Lap lane rental is for those looking to practice their swimming skills without the help of an instructor or coach. Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool comfortably and safely. Lanes are restricted to one person per lane. Lanes are for personal exercise use only and are limited to one-hour increments.

  • $50 registration fee
  • $15/one-hour private lane rental – one swimmer per lane
  • 10% disc on second/third lane rental
  • Tue/Fri 10-12 Lanes 12-19

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is for those looking to get a great resistance workout that challenges the body, while being gentle on the joints. No prerequisites, all are welcome.

  • $50 registration fee
  • $15 / class billed monthly
  • 45 min class T/F mornings at 11a
  • 10 swimmers : 1 instructor

Class Breakdown

  • Warm up- 10 minutes
  • Aerobics/Cardio 20 minutes
  • Core Focus 10 Minutes
  • Post-Aerobic Cool Down – 5 minutes

Water Exercise Safety Tips for Class

  1. Know your limits (listen to your body)
  2. Give yourself space for movement
  3. Stay hydrated; water bottles can be kept on pool deck
  4. Stretch after exercise
  5. Wear appropriate footwear
