Jason Frydrychowski, Head Group Coach Gold and Senior Groups

I was a former swimmer of Stingrays Swim Club, UB Amherst Swim Club, Saint Francis High School, and SUNY Oswego. I hold 19 club records with Stingrays, was a Conference Top 6 Finalist in all events while swimming at Oswego, was a three year captain at Saint Francis, and State qualifier. I spent 8 years coaching all levels including senior group coach for Stingrays and Velocity. During my coaching years we produced zone qualifiers, NY State championship swimmers, and an exciting atmosphere that grew our club membership.
