Stroke and Dive Clinics
Waterloo’s Stroke and Dive clinics are designed to support currently enrolled Waterloo swimmers in the following levels:
- Novice 2
- Intermediate
- Swim Fit
- Bronze 1
Each clinic will focus on a single skill required for success on a competitive team or swim fitness program. Single skill focuses allow for more skill repetition, leading to faster skill mastery or perfecting. Clinics are 45 minutes in length and led by a USSSA certified coach.
