Hey guys this is Coach Daniel here with Waterloo Swimming and I just want to talk a little bit about the benefits of antioxidants. Those you can find in blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, grapes and apples. And the best time to get them in is before practice or
after practice, or both. And that’s going to help reduce inflammation and help you recover a lot quicker after a hard training.
Antioxidants are when they enter your body they’re going to neutralize the oxidative stress that goes on inside your body during high stress level training so that’s going to help you recover a lot faster.
